Grilling Tips - Shrimp

Prepare wood skewers by soaking in water for an hour or so
Salmon - Step 1

Take 16/18 count Peeled and Deveined Shrimp and roll in liquid (but not hot) butter
Salmon - Step 2

Place Shrimp on skewers

Salmon - Step 3

Cover in JD’s Fish and Seafood Spice – I prefer to use Hot for Shrimp.
Salmon - Step 4

Place on Grill, cook for approx. 5 minutes at high Temperature
Salmon - Step 6

Turn and cook for another 5 minutes
Salmon - Step 7

Cook for approx. 25-30 minutes
Salmon - Step 9

Remove and cut
Salmon - Step 10
