JD has over 30 years of grilling knowledge and has been creating and perfecting the spice for the last 10 years, tweaking it after each Barbecue until we finally hit on what his friends have described as "perfect." Now JD says "I would not go that far, but this Rub is Damn Good!" Since everyone has different tastes we have developed 2 different levels of spice.

Regular -: has a hint of hot, but overall is just flavorful
